Privacy Policy

e-BOX is an electronic service of the Bureau of Customs (BOC). The BOC is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Information We Process

We process the account, contact, address, shipment, and supporting information needed to provide e-BOX services and complete Customs transactions. We collect only information relevant to the service or transaction you request.

Use and Disclosure

Information may be used to process and administer Customs transactions, maintain system security, comply with legal duties, and provide support. The BOC may disclose information to authorized government agencies, service providers, and other parties when required by law or with your consent.

Your Rights

You may request access to, or correction of, personal information held by the BOC, subject to applicable law and verification of your identity.
