Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, safeguarding your account credentials, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You must not use e-BOX to submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.

Service Access

The BOC may maintain, modify, suspend, or restrict access to e-BOX to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse. Access to e-BOX does not replace any requirement under Customs laws, rules, or regulations.
